Sample needs 3 days, mass production time needs 5-7 weeks, it depends on order quantity.

Do you have any MOQ limit?

Yes, we have MOQ for mass production, it depends on the different part numbers. 1-10pcs sample order is available. Low MOQ, 1 pc for sample checking is available.

How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

It usually takes 5-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping is also optional.

How to proceed with an order?

Firstly let us know your requirements or application. Secondly, We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places a deposit for formal order. Fourthly We arrange the production.

Is it OK to print my logo on the product?

Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Which certificates do you have?

We have CE/FCC/ROHS/UN38.3/MSDS ...etc.

Is the battery charger universal?

Different voltages cannot be used universally. 48V corresponds to 58.8V, 60V corresponds to 71.4V, and 72V corresponds to 84V. Before charging, please carefully check whether the charger voltage corresponds to recharging! When charging, if the battery meter shows that the voltage exceeds the corresponding voltage (±5V) and the charger still does not stop working, please replace the charger in time! Please use a special battery charger, and disable lead-acid car rechargeable lithium batteries! !! It is forbidden to use street fast chargers to charge lithium batteries!!!

How long will the battery last?

Large single-unit automotive module cell batteries have a service life of more than 6 years, which may vary depending on individual usage and maintenance methods. Lithium batteries have the characteristics of long service life.
